There are accusations that Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben spat at Arsenal fullback Bacary Sagna last night.

The Daily Express says Robben can be seen bending down towards Sagna and appears to spit on the Frenchman.

Fans on Twitter were quick to condemn the Dutchman of spitting, although others claimed it was merely sweat.

Sagna denied claims of spitting though, saying: "I don't think so. Things went well with me and him."
