Espanyol star Marc Roca is hoping to leave the club after their relegation.

The Catalan side will be in Spain's second division next season, and Roca does not want to play there.

Mundo Deportivo says he wants a transfer, and is being linked with a move to Everton or Arsenal.

The Espanyol star is a Spain under-21 international and fears he is too good to waste a year in the second tier.

Roca was one of the few Espanyol players who always performed in this disastrous season, and reports claim he could be available for £18m.
