Thierry Henry believes that Arsene Wenger will not swap Arsenal for England.
Following the departure of Roy Hodgson as manager of the England team, a number of names have been mentioned as potential replacements for the 68-year-old and reports linking Arsenal boss Wenger with the Three Lions job has been gathering steam in recent times.
However, Arsenal legend Henry does not think that Wenger will want to manage England as he is a coach who prefers to go onto the training pitch on a daily basis and has added that the Frenchman would be skeptical about taking up the 'impossible job' of managing the Three Lions.
Henry told Sky Sports: "What I love about Arsene is he loves being on the field on a daily basis and if you're a coach of a national team you're not out there on a daily basis.
"That's why I don't see that happening, but who knows?
"Arsene loves Arsenal and he's been there for a very long time.
"We don't see him leaving the club and we know the England role can be seen as the impossible job."
