Arsenal want to clear up the buyout clause in Momo Diame's West Ham United contract.

The Daily Mail says Diame had been earmarked as a potential candidate to fill the defensive midfield slot, but their is confusion over the West Ham star's release clause.

Arsenal have been informed it was £7million, rather than the rumoured £3.5m.
