Arsenal are confident burning off all competition for Feyenoord midfielder Orkun Kokcu.
Sevilla sports chief Monchi has jumped into the race for the 18 year-old Turkey U21 international.
However, Arseanl remain confident of winning the race for Kokcu's signature, with an offer of £25m being prepared.
Kokcu is a personal target for Gunners Mikel Arteta, who is a big fan of the midfield schemer.
Feyenoord coach Dick Advocaat acknowledged Arsenal's interest earlier this month: “It seems that what I read is true.
“But no one has yet come to Feyenoord [to make an offer or hold talks]."
Asked whether or not he felt Kokcu could adapt to Premier League football with the Gunners, the 72-year-old replied: “I think he fits everywhere."
