Premier League clubs are circling Le Havre for teenage prospect Jules Ntcham.
Just 15, Ntcham is regarded as the brightest talent of France's U17 squad and is being tracked by Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Juventus.
Ntcham has been likened to former Chelsea captain Marcel Desailly.
