Ibrahim Afellay is ready to leave PSV Eindhoven at the end of the season.

The young Holland international has been tracked by several Premiership clubs over the last 18 months, including Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham.

Afellay's agent, Rob Jansen, said: "The current agreement between Ibrahim and PSV expires in June 2011, so we will not hurry to renew.

"We've decided to take it easy and think carefully, before signing any contract renewal."
