Arsenal stopper William Saliba will sign his contract with the club in the coming weeks.
The French defender has verbally agreed a new four-year deal to extend his stay at the Gunners.
Saliba, who finally established himself as a regular in the side last season, was injured during a pivotal part of the campaign.
Per Fabrizio Romano, he will earn a new deal that includes a substantial pay rise from his previous contract.
Saliba will be heading back to the club when his holidays end for pre-season training.
At that stage, the two parties will iron out any last minute details and then Saliba will sign the contract.
