Arsenal are ready to throw the bank at Borussia Dortmund for their star Mario Gotze.
The People says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had fancied a move for Lille star Eden Hazard in January.
Arsenal had seemed in pole position to sign him, but Wenger is also targeting Borussia Dortmund's Gotze and will not be able to afford both.
BVB insist Gotze won't leave for less than £20 million.
