Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has slaughtered Inter Milan, writing them off for the Champions League this season. Wenger believes Inter are now on a "downturn".

He told Eurosport: "Inter are a team now in the downturn: the team's performance seems stuck and is more like that of two years ago.

"It's as if the same players are aware of the downsizing.

"Can they win the Champions League? I would not bet even a penny on Inter."
