Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will not stop a non-playing Cesc Fabregas from getting onto the pitch at the end of games.
Wenger insists Fab, 21, has no case to answer following his spat with - and then alleged spit at - Hull No 2 Brian Horton.
Spain midfielder Fab, sidelined with a knee problem, watched Tuesday's FA Cup quarter-final from behind the subs' bench before celebrating with his team on the field, only to end up clashing with Horton.
Gunners boss Wenger said: "I will not stop him from going on the pitch in future.
"You want team spirit. You want the players to be together and to share things with their team-mates. You cannot say do not turn up or sit there."
He added: "We are ready to co-operate over the incident but, for us, that is the end of the matter.
"Cesc denies he has done anything wrong."
