Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is confident Kieran Gibbs is a future England left-back.

While ruling out the youngster for this year's World Cup, Wenger insists Gibbs, who is almost recovered from foot surgery, will be an England regular.

"I think he will one day play for the national team. I am convinced of that," Wenger said.
