Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger insists he is unconcerned over the growing doubts about his management.

The Gunners are facing the prospect of a fifth season with no trophy and a growing number of Arsenal fans are questioning Wenger's methods.

But the Frenchman said: "When I arrived here there were more doubters about me than believers. It didn't stop me from winning.

"I believe highly in our ability and we know we can beat anybody. We need to add the spark to our creativity. I know this team has the quality to win trophies.

"We have created a team and now we are in a working phase and must be patient.

"Life at the football club will continue. In the past 30 years the club has sometimes been without a trophy."
