Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is determined to find a breakthrough over Theo Walcott's contract talks.

Wenger is certain the England winger, 23, who has a year left on his deal, will commit to the club before transfer D-Day.

He said: "Talks continue and we will try to sort it out one way or the other.

"We want to keep him but you need not only our desire. His desire is also right too but we need to find an agreement."
