Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has reaffirmed plans to buy a new centre-half this month.
The Gunners are being linked with Olympiacos defender Kostas Manolas.
Wenger was asked about the situation this morning:
"We are not in an emergency case but we are open to any opportunity to strengthen our defensive department."
