Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits he has fears over hanging onto his top kids.
He said: "The oldest player in our midfield against Manchester United last week was 22. That's a problem I have to face.
"On one hand people are putting pressure on me to buy new players and on the other they ask 'Why don't you play Wilshere?'
"My job is to make room for the youngsters when I think they are ready for the first team.
"But the problem is, do they stay and wait if they are not in the team?"
