Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is under consideration at Barcelona.

Barca's board are seeking a new coach after Xavi announced yesterday he would be leaving the post at the end of the season.

Local pundit Gerard Romero is reporting Arteta is on a short-list of three candidates put together by Barca.

Also featuring is departing Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp and Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann, who will come off contract after the Euros.

A former La Masia graduate, Arteta has a deal with Arsenal to 2025.
