Arsenal, Bolton, West Brom showing interest in NYRB's Ream

Premier League clubs Arsenal, Bolton Wanderers and West Bromwich Albion are showing plenty of interest in New York Red Bulls defender Tim Ream.

After a standout season in MLS, 24-year old Ream is wanted by the Baggies for a winter trial whilst Trotters boss Owen Coyle is believed to be keen on him as a potential replacement for Gary Cahill who is attracting attention from bigger English clubs.

Arsenal have also been credited with an interest which Ream admits is humbling but he is not getting carried away as he knows he still has plenty of improving to do with the Red Bulls.

"I guess that's common knowledge now,'' Ream said.

"I think there are a few others. It's just one of those things; you always have eyes watching you.

"It's an honor to have a team of (Arsenal's) caliber watching you, following you.

"At the same time, you can't let that be a distraction either. If something comes of it, so be it.

"It would be a once in a lifetime opportunity. I'm still under contract here, I love playing here, love the guys, love the team.''
