Fears are growing inside the Arsenal boardroom that Arsene Wenger will walk out at the end of this season.

The Sunday Mirror says a source close to the negotiations insists Wenger's future with the north Londoners is 'far from cut and dried' and is not just a matter of timing.

The uncertainty is not believed to have anything to do with Wenger's personal terms or the length of his deal.

Nor is the Frenchman considering moving to another club.
