Arsenal and Ajax agree fee for Jurrien Timber

Arsenal and Ajax have agreed a fee for Jurrien Timber.

According to The Athletic's David Ornstein, the clubs are in full agreement over a transfer fee.

Arsenal will pay €40ms plus another €5m in bonuses.

Timber has now been given permission to undergo a medical examination and after that he will sign his contract with Arsenal.

Ornstein reported: "Arsenal have now reached full agreement with Ajax to sign Jurrien Timber. Negotiations completed on fee of €40m + €5m in largely realistic bonuses.

"22yo defender granted permission to undergo medical and finalise personal terms."
