Chelsea physiotherapist Steve Hughes will leave at the end of the month.
Hughes has spent more than 22 years with the Stamford Bridge club, but is calling time on his spell.
Per The Standard, he is one of many long-term medical department personnel to leave.
The Blues have been aware of this change since September, as it was internally announced months ago.
The club had long-term medical director Dimitrios Kalogiannidis leave last month.
The previous medical director, Paco Biosca, had departed in October 2022, with head physio Thierry Laurent going a month later.
Physios Jose Calvarro, Jason Palmer and Jon Fearn, each with a decade of service, left post-2022 World Cup.
