West Bromwich Albion striker Victor Anichebe has called on the players to stop the rot.
Anichebe, whose display was one of the few bright spots in the 3-0 home defeat to Manchester United last Saturday, admits it's time the players stood tall.
"We are in a serious position and need to pull our socks up and get some points," the striker told the Birmingham Mail. "In the next game we need to improve. All of us know that.
"It is down to us as players to go out there and play as well as we can. It's not all down to the head coach. We as players need to do well for the team and the supporters.
"Whatever team the head coach puts out, we are the ones who step over the line and we need to work hard and fight."
