Andre Gomes has intimated he wants to stay with Everton.

On-loan from Barcelona, Gomes' deal does not carry a permanent option and he's been linked with Tottenham.

He told evertonfc.com: "I think I have much more to do and, honestly, much more to learn.

"I am trying to train hard, enjoy it day by day and learn with the players and the staff.

"I want to be a top player for the next years.

"Marco Silva has been very good for me, but not just the manager, all of his coaching staff too.

"And if you have good teammates with high quality, too, you will learn much more, so I have to thank all of them."
