Anderlecht whiz Youri Tielemans admits he'd be open to a move to Everton.

Marc Degryse, himself a former Belgium international, reckons a move to a club like Everton could be perfect for Tielemans, who is tied to Anderlecht until the summer of 2020.

And when the idea was put to the player on Belgian radio show La Tribune, he didn't appear to be against the idea.

“It's what's best to progress step by step," Tielemans said, according to Walfoot.

"What Marc says, it's good to not burn steps and to avoid ending up on the bench and not getting game time.

"It's what's best for every footballer, I think.

"I, however, don't have a preference league wise."
