Vincent Kompany is looking to make an immediate splash in his debut managerial job at Anderlecht.

The veteran defender became player-manager of the Belgian giants after leaving Manchester City.

The Daily Mail say Kompany has his sights set on Brentford winger Sergi Canos.

The 22-year-old, who has spent time at Liverpool and Norwich City, scored nine goals in 50 appearances for the Bees last season.
