Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is weighing up a £30 million bid for Inter Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Mirror says Ancelotti has studied the Swede at close hand during two years in Serie A at Juventus and then three years at Inter, where he has been a title winner in each campaign.
While Ibrahimovic is not well regarded in England following a series of flops in big games, Ancelotti believes he has the character and quality to thrive in the Premier League.
Ancelotti will use Inter boss Jose Mourinho's quest to be reunited with Ricardo Carvalho and Deco to begin discussions over landing the 27-year-old.
