Carlo Ancelotti is on a seven-figure bonus to win the Champions League for Chelsea.

The Times says Ancelotti is under no illusions regarding the huge expectation that will greet him when he reports for duty at training next month.

He accepts that he must mount a strong challenge in all four competitions. Success in the Champions League will bring a £1 million bonus on top of his £6.5 million-a-year salary.
