Skysports.com reports American goalkeeper Dominic Cervi is on his way to Celtic.
The 22 year old is a free agent after turning down the opportunity to join MLS side Chicago Fire.
The stopper had a trial at Celtic last April and he is believed to have impressed Bhoys boss Gordon Strachan enough to have been offered a three year deal.
Cervi is trying to obtain an Italian passport through his great grandparents to enable to him to qualify for a work permit.
