Jozy Altidore is weighing up his future with Sunderland.

Altidore has scored just three times - and only once in the Premier League - in 45 appearances since a £6m move from AZ Alkmaar last summer.

He admitted: "If it doesn't turn around, then in January I'll be looking to start elsewhere.

"I've done everything I can this season to come in as fit as possible to try and make an impact when I've played."
