England are boosted by the news that Dele Alli and Ashley Young trained as normal ahead of the World Cup quarter finals.
The Three Lions will be hoping they can continue their impressive World Cup form by reaching the semi finals.
But they are facing a Sweden side that has a good record against the English in past games.
While Jamie Vardy is ruled out with a groin strain, it appears Alli and Young will be available for selection.
It is unclear if Southgate will go with the same starting eleven. There is a chance the likes of Danny Rose and Marcus Rashford may come into the team for Young and Alli.
