Stoke City midfielder Joe Allen is keen on helping the Potters push into the top half of the Premier League table.
Having endured a roller-coaster campaign so far, City currently find themselves in 13th place in the Premier League table and Allen has called for the Potters to become more consistent in order to move into the top half of the Premier League table.
Allen said: "Any games against the top-six, people realise are tough, but we are going to go there and try and get a result. I think we are capable of it on our day and we can make it difficult for them.
"That game aside, there's no excuses for us not to pick up some points and our ambition is to get back into the top half of the table. And with two or three results that's where we will find ourselves."
