Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has made a transfer request at Liverpool.

The Liverpool Echo says the England international has submitted a transfer demand to Reds management this week.

The midfielder is eager for regular senior football and can't see that happening at Anfield.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, however, is reluctant to lose Oxlade-Chamberlain with Takumi Minamino a step away from joining AS Monaco.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has just over a year to run on his current contract.
