Angelo Alessio says Maurizio Sarri can be happy with his first season at Juventus.

Alessio is a former Juve assistant coach.

He told Calciomercato.it: “Sarri has certainly had some problems, but despite that, he is still top of the table and in with a chance of reaching the Champions League quarter-finals. He's got the results, so can only get stronger from here.

“Juventus have never lost the rule that winning is the only thing that matters. I think it has been a positive first season for Sarri and the club considered this choice carefully."
