Real Madrid defender Raul Albiol has welcomed the prospect of former Valencia teammate David Silva joining him next season.
Albiol only left Valencia last summer and is aware of reports Real see Silva as an ideal midfield signing.
"He is a different player, magnificent, who is also a great person. He would be a great signing," the defender told AS.
