Albert Rusnak happy turning pro at Man City

Manchester City youngster Albert Rusnak is delighted to have turned pro.

The Slovakia prospect has penned a three-year deal with City.

"I signed an academy contract for the duration of three years," he told SITA. "I have not seen a better academy than the one which is here. People say it is the best one in the world.

"Everything is great here and we have perfect conditions to develop our talents.

"I would like to achieve what Vlado (Weiss) has - he has been to the World Cup finals and has appeared in the Premier League.

"Four years later I am 22 and the prospect of a World Cup in Brazil is very tempting.

"I want to settle myself in City's Under-18 team and appear in the starting line-up as often as possible.

"My long-term objective is to get to the senior national side."
