However, CBS Sports states there are issues within the deal that must be resolved.

Payment terms with Ziyech are an issue, as is his physical condition due to a knee injury.

Al-Nassr want to ensure that Ziyech is fit enough to contribute, or they will not be signing him.

Chelsea will receive £8 million for the former Ajax Player of the Year if the deal goes through.
