Al-Ittihad intend to test Liverpool's resolve with a record bid for Mohamed Salah.

It has been claimed victory at Newcastle United will be Salah's last game for the Reds. However, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp rejected the story last night.

Meanwhile, CBS Sport says Al-Ittihad will offer a fee rising to £150m for Salah.

With the Asian transfer window open in Saudi Arabia to September 20, Al-Ittihad have time to prise Salah away from Anfield.

The bid will be for £100 up front plus £50m in bonuses based on various objectives.
