Al-Ittihad have today made a £150m offer for Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah.
BBC Sport says Al-Ittihad's bid has been tabled and rejected by Liverpool. The offer was £100m up front plus £50m in bonuses.
Liverpool insist the Egypt international is not for sale.
"The position remains the same. Absolutely no doubt about that. That's how it is. Nothing else to say," said Reds manager Jurgen Klopp today.
The Saudi Arabian transfer deadline runs into September.
