Al-Hilal are making a second attempt for Fulham manager Marco Silva.
The Portuguese has already rejected a first approach from the Saudi Pro League giants.
However, CNN Portugal reports Al-Hilali are returning with a new offer on improved contract terms.
Al-Hilal can ferry Silva away from Fulham courtesy of a €6m buyout clause. But everything will be depend on him accepting the Saudi offer.
Interestingly, Silva is now changing agents from ProEleven to Kia Joorabchian.
