Ajax expect Arsenal to make a new offer for Jurrien Timber.

The Holland defender was the subject of a £30m bid by the Gunners earlier this week.

Ajax rejected the offer, insisting he will only leave for €60m.

However, De Telegraaf says Ajax would be willing to sell if Arsenal come up with a proposal of €40-50m.

Arsenal are ready to make a new offer for Timber in the coming days.
