Argentina hero Sergio Aguero's love and affection for Manchester City remains as strong as ever.

The City legend, who is the club's all-time leading goalscorer, has been settling into his new life after retirement.

While Aguero is no longer donning the Sky Blues shirt every week, he still keeps an eye out for their games and is passionate about the club.

“I watch every City game I possibly can, usually most of them," said Aguero, per the club website.

“When I can't see them live, I try to catch the highlights.

“This is proving to be quite a title race. Arsenal are very consistent – I know Mikel Arteta and I respect his expertise.

“He knows how to make his team perform, and to better utilize the young, hungry players in his squad.

“We are keeping up the pace, though and are hot on their heels.

“But we also know, from tried and tested experience, that it isn't over until it's over.

“One thing is certain, City will fight until the end. It's in our DNA. I hope we can overtake them and win another title."
