Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini was full of praise for striker Sergio Aguero following the 2-1 win against Borussia Monchengladbach on Wednesday night.
Aguero, who has been struggling with his finishing this season, won and scored the penalty for the winner in the 90th minute of the Champions League clash in Germany.
Of the match-winning effort, Pellegrini said: "Sergio had clear chances to score. It's not easy to score a penalty in the last minute, and when the foul for the penalty is on him also.
"We know how important Sergio is for our team."
