Danish defender Daniel Agger will not be rushed into signing a new contract extension at Liverpool. Agger has been in talks for some time, but is yet to commit to the club.
Italian giants AC Milan are known to be admirers of the centre-half, while there would be no shortage of takers should he become available.
"I have never tried to hide the fact that I'd like to be at the club and I feel good enough to play for the team," he said.
"I have plenty of time because my contract won't expire until next summer and it would be stupid to rush anything."
