Jack Wilshere has offered himself to former club Arsenal.

Released from his contract at West Ham United last week, the England midfielder is adamant he is fully fit.

The Daily Express says Wilshere's agents have made contact with Arsenal about the prospect of a return, but received a negative reply.

Wilshere has been linked with a move to Scotland, where Rangers are keen.

For the moment, the 28 year-old midfielder favours continuing his career in Europe, despite fielding interest from the MLS.
