Agents for Wolfsburg midfielder Luiz Gustavo have cooled talk of a move to AC Milan.

Agent Giacomo Petralito says Gustavo is a target for the Rossonero ahead of the summer market.

“The truth is that there's no negotiation for Luiz Gustavo to Milan, quite simply it's a lie," Roger Wittmann, head of the Rogon agency, told calciomercato.com.

“There has not been any contact or any talks. Mr Petralito is not authorised to negotiate on our behalf, and will not be for all Rogon players.

“Luiz Gustavo is not in talks with Milan."
