Agent Frank Trimboli is key to Tottenham's move for Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou.

Postecoglou is on track to be named new Tottenham manager next week after the Scottish Cup final against Inverness Caley.

The Daily Record says Trimboli is at the centre of the deal.

Trimboli is close to Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and recommended Postecoglou when it became clear he was struggling to find a replacement for former manager Antonio Conte.

Trimboli was in Glasgow earlier this week for talks with Celtic about Tottenham's interest.
