Sky Italia says Roberto Calenda has met with officials from PSG and Barcelona this past weekend over the young Brazilian.
PSG have made the superior offer - €35 million plus bonuses based on appearances and success.
Roma are reluctant to lose the youngster, but will struggle to resist PSG's offer.
