The agent of Mark van Bommel says the AC Milan midfielder will make a decision on his next move in June.
The Dutch midfielder is a confirmed target for Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp.
The 33-year-old's representative Mino Raiola told Voetbal International: "There is still nothing certain - only that PSV are the only Dutch option for him.
"If Milan were deciding today they would keep him. He is a very important player for them.
"But as he only came in the winter window we decided together that only in May would we look to the future."
