The agent of Claudio Pizarro has revealed the Chelsea striker has rejected an offer from Valencia.

"This possibility to move to Valencia started six or seven months ago," Carlos Delgado told RPP. "A concrete offer was made but he took the decision to stay with Chelsea.

"For sure Valencia's interest can continue. I wouldn't been surprised if this possibility was up to date because they are facing a difficult moment, but Chelsea have not the intention to sell him and Claudio to leave.

"He plays as a striker or as an attacker on the sides. This versatility gives him the possibility to play more minutes."
