Real Madrid's interest in Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez has been confirmed.

The player's agent, Christian Giménez, who is also the striker's father, says that several clubs have made enquiries - including Real Madrid.

"It is not only Real Madrid who have heard about him, there are several. But there are no concrete offers yet," he told Voetbal International.

In addition to Real Madrid, Barcelona, Arsenal and Napoli are following the Mexican.

AC Milan are also said to have scouted the striker - as he is considered a potential replacement for Olivier Giroud this summer.
